How to Play

Blackjack Basics — Get Up to Speed Fast

Blackjack is one of the most player-friendly casino games out there. The goal is simple: get your hand closer to 21 than the dealer without going bust. At kis98, each table clearly displays the rules so you always know what you're playing.

  • Place your bet — Choose your chip size and click the betting circle before the timer runs out. Minimum bets start from just RM 5 at kis98.
  • Receive your cards — You and the dealer each get two cards. One of the dealer's cards is face up; the other is hidden until the end.
  • Hit, Stand, Double or Split — Decide your move based on your hand total and the dealer's visible card. A basic strategy chart makes this straightforward.
  • Dealer reveals & settles — The dealer flips their hidden card, draws to 17+, and the closest to 21 wins. Blackjack (Ace + 10-value) pays 3:2.
  • Collect your winnings — Wins are settled instantly in MYR and added to your kis98 balance in real time.

Pro Tips for Malaysian Players

  • Never take insurance — it raises the house edge significantly over time.
  • Always split Aces and 8s, regardless of the dealer's card.
  • Never split 10s — a hand of 20 is already very strong.
  • Set a session budget before you start. kis98 offers in-platform deposit limits.
  • Practice at free-play tables before moving to real-money games.

Got questions before you sit down? Here are the answers Malaysian players ask most often about kis98 blackjack.

Yes. kis98 operates under international gaming licensing, and all RNG-based blackjack titles are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer streams are run by certified studio operators with strict dealing procedures, and every hand is logged for transparency.

Classic and RNG blackjack tables start from as low as RM 5 per hand, making them accessible for casual players. Live dealer tables generally start from RM 20–RM 50 depending on the room. VIP tables have higher minimums starting from RM 200.

Absolutely. The kis98 platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers on Android and iOS. No app download is required — just open your browser, log in, and head to the blackjack lobby. The interface scales automatically for any screen size, including the live dealer tables.
